Rengar can jump from bushes so would it be okay if riot made a champion that can surf? There are many champions that can interact with the terrain but we still haven't see a surfing champ, I think It'd be a cool idea :D

That said champions "Surf" would be useless on any map besides Summoner's Rift, and although the river takes up a segment of the map, and a decent amount, at that, it isn't enough to merit a champion solely based around it.

That is a good point, maybe the champion could spawn water, kind of like nocturne and his shadow stuff :)
qetzel1 votesI think the difference is that bushes are everywhere but the River is not. It would be difficult to balance the champion such that they are strong enough outside the river area without being overbearing in the river.

ForPortal1 votesI like the idea. It wouldn't be enough to build a champion around, but giving a champion (Nami?) a move speed buff in the river would make them better at ganking other lanes.
