Rainbow Explosion Ziggs!

I wish I had the art skills to bring this to life, but wouldn't a Rainbow Explosion Ziggs skin be cool? Heck, Rainbow everyone! Rainbow Karthus (skittles, amirite?), Rainbow Diana, Rainbow Brand, Rainbow Xerath, etc. Tons of opportunity here, and honestly it probably wouldn't be all that hard to do a basic recoloring of particle effects.
