Spawn Rainbow Dashing Permanent Icons

So I know the rainbow thing is temporary and is an awareness thing, but it's opened my eyes to the possibilities. There's a lot of cool stuff to be done with permanent icon trails. Leave a fiery path behind you, lightning, radioactive goop (like Zombie Brand), footsteps broken into the ground, wind. I think it'd be pretty cool and obviously the technique is in place now, just have to apply the particle effects.
