They won't make skins for Ivern or Rek'Sai because nobody plays them. I think camille or kindred could use a new skin.

Having played Rek'sai in normals for a lark, I would guess most Rek players are more interested in a buff/rework than a skin. But I don't play her so what do I know?

I play Rek'sai and my baby definitely deserves a new skin, a good one this time.

I mean, not enough people to convince rito to spend the time to make a new skin for them. Rito only wants money, and they won't get any if they make a mediocre skin for an unpopular champ that nobody plays. It's sad but true :( That's why they buffed Kha'zix, just to sell more championship skins.

Champions that have 1 skin, are a year or older (so crossing Pyke off the list), and don't have a skin coming up that we know of (so crossing Kai'sa and Kled off the list) deserve skins IMO. So my list includes Ivern, Camille, and Ornn. There are other champs that haven't gotten skins in quite some time and don't have that many that also deserve skins, but those 3 in particular I can think of. Unfortunately they aren't considered very popular champs so they're probably not very high on the list to receive skins if at all on the list. I don't even play those champs (mostly because I'm a support main and they don't fit my particular play style) and I feel bad for the players that main them and likely won't see a skin for them any time soon.

Camille is confirmed to be getting a skin soon, so you can scratch her off the list. Kai'Sa just got one, so you can scratch her off the list too.

I'd say Kindred, honestly. There is way too many amazing concepts floating around for them that it seems almost criminal that Riot hasn't released a new skin for them yet.

Agreed, there is so much they could do with Kindred and I know alot of people who absolutely love the champion and their thematic. I personally hope that a Blood Moon skin will get added to them, even if I don't play them personally, I would love to look at it in my games.

A blood moon skin would be awesome, especially with their mask theme! It would fit then perfectly! But I think they stopped making blood moon skins a while ago

Do you mean Akali? Evelynns Blood Moon skin a few months ago was a completely new one, she didn't have a Blood Moon skin before.

Uhm no. Blood Moon was not for old Evelynn at all. Once a champion goes into the VGU pool, they are blacklisted for skin production because they specifically do not want to do double work for a champion that's about to get overhauled. Considering Evelynn was reworked last September, that means she was in VGU production for at least 4-6 months ahead of that, so she had been blacklisted from getting skins for pretty much the first half of 2017. Once her VGU released, the THEN could make new skins for her, and considering that Evelynn had never had a skin worth more than 750, and that her last skin was in like 2015, they decided to do Blood Moon, since it too had been a moderately popular suggestion for her.

So Blood Moon was indeed specifically for new Evelynn. And she's getting a new Pop Star skin. So she's like Jhin last year who got Blood Moon in February, and then PROJECT in October. That said, however, I believe that the new Pop Stars may possibly have something to do with the rumored K-Pop band Black Pink that's doing the World's theme this year. It's my personal belief and opinion that they probably had the 4 girls in the band select champions to get the Pop Star skins, which explains Kai'Sa (just released this year), Evelynn (already had a skin this year), and Ahri (already has another type of Pop Star - though I'm also convinced that might be a purchasable prestige chroma).

Kindred has a skin though - Super Galaxy. Camille and Ivern don't have any skins beyond their launch skins.

But like 4 Step Cadence said, Camille is already confirmed to get a skin this year, so she gets it anyway. Ivern is fair enough, I could imagine him working fairly well with a christmas theme. But I kinda doubt it will happen since he is unpopular.

At least for Ivern, you can say that he is unpopular. Kindred doesn't have the same problem, at least not that I am aware of.

At least for Ivern, you can say that he is unpopular. Kindred doesn't have the same problem, at least not that I am aware of.

This has been the year for low popularity champions though. We got Resistance Illaoi, Mecha Aurelion Sol, Hextech Malzahar, Odyssey Malphite, Dark Star Jarvan IV, and soon to be Infernal Amumu.

I am aware Camille is getting a skin. It has already been stated by others in this thread, hence my not needing to repeat it. Ivern doesn't have problems, he's just undervalued because of his niche gameplay and emphasis on utility. That shouldn't hold him back from getting a skin.

Well think about it this way Riots sole income is from skins, releasing an ultimate for a champion like lux or Sona maximized their income potential because there’s a higher chance someone who buys skins plays that champion Ivern doesn’t have a high play rate, below 1% actually, and he’s fairly new. He will probably get a skin one day but probably just a retexture or something small [cass-cry]

This hasn't been the case for at least 3 years. They've pushed mostly away from doing skins lower than 1350 RP - furthermore, Ivern's particles aren't universal, so he would need new particles for whatever skin he's getting, since roots and bushes don't translate effectively to other skin themes.

Eh, Blood Moon Kindred isn't deviant enough. They already wear masks that resemble the Blood Moon, and I don't think they fit the thematic of either priest/cultist nor oni/demon. A Blood Moon Kindred would basically be regular Kindred with red/black particles.
