Festive Ivern will probably Come out in the same lot as Candy Kayn. aka next year or likely never.
Ivern isn't a very popular champion. Last, I read Twitch jungle is more popular than Ivern. Ivern has 0.1% pick rate. His character requires two models per skin. Unless Riot is interested in losing money, I don't think Ivern will ever get a skin.
