Shaco New Passive Idea (Stacking debuff on enemies based on encountering but not seeing Shaco)

Assassin reworks are coming, and I think a small tweak on Shaco would make him feel fresh and more consistent, as unless you're an amazing Shaco you can be very hit or miss! His passive in particular can be confusing, though Riot did just release a patch making his bonus magic damage from back-stabs pop up as an additional magic damage number.

In hopes of giving him some lore as well, I'd love to see the new passive **'Folk Tale' **where Shaco marks a single target like Kindred does. Whenever this marked enemy runs into a Shaco Box, see Shaco's Deceive smoke poof or get damaged by but survive Shaco's Shiv or Clone's auto attacks or explosion, both when you don't have vision of the real Shaco, you gain a debuff called 'Close Encounter.' It is consumed for a large amount of either Magic, Percentage Magic or True Damage when the REAL Shaco auto attacks you.

This is to emulate something like a horror movie where the monster or psycho killer in the woods keeps antagonizing the characters with jump scares or severed heads or what have you, building up fear and myth around the idea of the monster. They become far more psychological than just physically frightening. Game wise, it is to keep Shaco relevant in the late game, marking people and forcing them to stick with the group lest they build up stacks of 'Close Encounters' to suddenly have a Shaco teleport unto you and spend them all at once in a huge burst of damage. It would also allow Shaco to set up a split-pushing Tank to deal a massive amount of damage to them when normally he couldn't kill them.
