#Lore Unmatched sorcerer. Unchallenged tyrant. Unsated destroyer. Ves Nerris has brought devastation in his wake to each reality he has set foot upon. His power knows no bounds, and neither does his desire for more of it. However, he seeks to establish finality to his loose ends, as no demon's gift is without contract.
Ves Nerris was born of a world other than Runeterra, devastated by war and conflict. As a youth, the young human was born into the gift of magical prowess, and used such boons to exercise his potential as an aspiring magi. In a reality ridden with wars of both magic and steel, masters of both made vast strides to advance their destructive capability, and the young were not exempt from being encouraged to follow in their clan's footsteps. Ves Nerris, while partaking in such traditions, sought no reason for battle. His mother succumbed to the price of battle long before his adulthood, and his father taken as a prisoner of war beyond his memory, and was likely executed.
However, greed diseased Ves Nerris at a young age, and his experimentation and discovery of cross-dimensional traveling magic became a luxury he kept to his own. Prototype spells generally began with a live specimen and ended with a crisped remains, until eventually a raven entered and returned through his portal unscathed. With that, Ves Nerris took his first step through the great beyond into another realm entirely.
The first reality he stepped into was barren, and practically uninhabitable. Remains of fallen civilizations remain, scattered through the arid landscape like disorganized skeletons of old ages. A fate he imagined his own home was doomed to follow up on with it's current path. Unsatisfied, he stepped into the next plane of existence.
The second reality was a reality of tropical paradise; a utopia realized where societies collaborated and utilized their capabilities to create progress and maintain peace. A reality he had dreamed of as a young child lie before him, and it's sand filled the spaces between his toes. He spent many years here, continuing his practice of magic. Although in his stay he continued to travel among other realities to explore all horizons in his grasp. An immediate observational analysis arose that many, if not most realities were uninhabited, and if they once were their inhabitants had been long extinct; signs of struggle and chaos rampant throughout the landscapes, not unlike the first reality he reached out to.
His newfound home's peace only lasted for so long, as eventually tensions between two separate cultures rose, and a war sparked with the assassination of a man advocating peace for all. Within under a year, the realm had become no different than his homeland. Unable to stop the conflict, he fled. He began life on another dimensional plane that cradled life, only for it to follow a similar fate. From then on, his search for another plane that was not either wartorn or savaged entirely bore no fruit, and depression and sadness followed.
Ves Nerris' sorrow slowly manifested into focused anger. He was mad at himself, mad at his family, mad at warriors and battlemages alike. Mad at everything. What remained of the peaceful man had deterred to unrivaled rage. At an old age, he concluded that all societies, all realities were doomed to end. Nothing can last forever, and thus his next aspiration began: To seize all that he could for himself before such outcomes could unfold. He had gone full circle, and eventually, as he was originally foretold to become, realized his taste for blood and power.
Thus began his search for greater power. A frail, elderly scholar he had become, physically weak in every respect. He spanned his search for a means to surpass his physical form, until one day his travels led him to a blank: An empty void of nothingness: No stars. No solid earth, or anything in sight. He merely remained afloat, kept suspended in the abyss. It took very little time for the voices to reach his ears.
Voices of monsters whose tongues distorted an undecipherable dialect. What was discernible from them was there was not one but many of them, and none seemed to be communicating with him. It was not until they erupted in what could be interpreted as an unholy laughter did they begin to direct themselves at Ves Nerris himself, and he understood every word. These abberations felt up and down the old man's mind, and scoured for his ambitions. They searched for ammunition to use for torture, but their devious machinations led them to another idea entirely: A promise.
They offered infinite power, at the price of infinite life and bloodshed. The battle-crazed man's desires trampled over any restraint and humanly consideration he might have had. And with that, he was set loose again to search for worlds to conquer. As he slayed thousands, his immense power only grew in strength. His magic had begun to contort into incurable pleagues and a necromancer's fantasy, utilizing every corner of the darkness to obtain his goal. And as he grew stronger, his physical being began to slowly become less and less human, and more and more a vessel of tyranical devastation. With each world he brought to it's knees, he established kingdoms in his name, and proclaimed he was that of a god. And with how unimaginably capable his magic was he was not far from such a title. This continued for millenia until his friends among the void began to restrict his power, in fear that he may become powerful enough to obliterate them completely. Displeased and greatly insulted, he began a conquest to seek power elsewhere so that he may break his binds and continue on his warpath.

A work in progress, but feedback and criticism is appreciated!
,
, or another item he would have 3+ shields. More about the passive. The 3 kills sounds like Bard's meep's ability to hit people in a cone. The 2 kills could be explained more. It says all damage but then goes to say it decreases by 3% for 6 seconds, able to stack. Do you stack through basic attacks or abilities? How many basic attacks does he have to do for that heal to activate? Because every basic attack is somewhat op for 12%. I would also make that ability go on cool down. It should be something like a blood glyph that grows on him that more damage he does. At 20 stacks, it shatters healing him x amount.
