The Meeping Grounds
Considering we recently had the thresh gamemode...
I think it would be nice to have a bard one :D

#THE MEEPING GROUNDS
The map is essentially a bard face http://imgur.com/a/NJews The eyes are the "dark stars" or special objectives on the map. Entire Map is FOW except for the objectives.
You start the gamemode with 100 Chimes. After the first spawn you only spawn with 10 chimes,
Your abilities now cost chimes instead of mana, preferably at a % rate. (Cannot dip you below 10) You now get stacks of your stun & your tunnel. Your W (The Shrines) Now build up meeps, up to 300 over 20 seconds, but can be taken by anyone.
If you get hit by a meep empowered attack, you lose 50% of your chimes(min 10)
You die by losing all your chimes D: oh noez!
Anyways, the three areas are all walled in, requiring an ability to get in, when you channel to the areas, it takes 50% of your chimes per second, down to 10 chimes, (You can't go below this by your own action)
Now for the fun part, the area around the map, (And possibly even bard hairs if the map's 2 small) is full of chimes! Get all the cute cuddly friends you can get ^^.
There is no "objective" it's a gamemode that lasts 15 mins, and whichever team can channel in more chimes wins, channeled chimes are worth 3 points each, kills are worth 5 points (You filthy chimes thief!) and chimes you have but did not use are worth 1 point each, (End of round calculation)
If any one person happens to get 1000 chimes.... Something amazing happens....
The three objectives all glow blue instead of the usual yellow (Similar to the bard opening vid) when this happens, everyone is teleported to the middle (Yellow around the yellow area) everyone has 15 seconds to get as many chimes as you can! (Huge chimes spawn ^^) & Steal some too ;) (Oh and the person who hit the 1k chimes is immune to getting stolen from in this frenzy, and has a 75% steal but you know ^^)
After the 15 seconds your teleported back to the edges of the map and the game resumes.
This was kinda rushed, any tips & suggestions would be great!
##Simply put the CORE IDEA is a chimes fest, in which you try to get as many chimes as possible :D
(Oh and it's a FFA 3-6 people tops in my head.
Also on a sidenote, considering Bard's changes to get more meeps https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/2y469u/question_about_bards_voice/ Did they ever update his V.O? Because his lines were about how many meeps he had ^^
