How do mystery Legendary skins work?

Especially skins that give icons. I got omega squad teemo (from a mystery gift) the other day and I didn't see an icon. Was I supposed to get one? Thanks.

I've heard people getting the icons from it, and others that haven't. Submit a Support Ticket and request it.

I think you're confused with ultimate skins, which gives you icons. Legendary skins don't.
