Please just make runes free
Runes take so long to grind for, but they're so necessary that you're forced to play like a hundred games for them. Delete T1 and T2 runes and give us runes and rune slots per level (sorta like masteries).

They should be. It's to make them feel like they EARNED the runes, after countless of games they should be learning the champion's & the games' style by now. It's for their own good, especially those below level 30s.
