Champion info/stats

When you go to your profile and open up a champion, there should be information about their abilities like cooldown reduction, damage, mana/energy cost etc. I remember we had this but what happened? Why did they take this out? It would be nice to see how much an ability is going to cost me and how long is the cooldown. This could also help players strategically understand champions better before starting to play them. Also include their stats like dmg, attack speed, ap dmg, and more. Why is riot leaving this information out? I don't always want to go to wikia to know my champions information. I should be able to open up LOL on my computer, got to my profile, then to a champ, and see their information and stats freely.
