So when her steel legion skin got released people got upset, because her skins were way too military themed. Well we got told they would make a new girlier skin for Lux soon. That was nearly 2 years ago. What's taking so long?

Don't count on Riot, those guys have their own favorite champs that they focus on. And it's becoming kinda obvious now. I know some other champ haven't gotten it yet but she's still waiting for a texture rebalance... Her base looks so saturated on the new map. But w/e I guess we can only wait now whenever it happens. But I'm seriously losing patience now.

I know! This is so frustrating and honestly, it just makes me more pessimistic for the next skin they make for her. I just feel that even if they made it, it would just be another military skin because how can they remember the animosity lux players felt when the situation happened over 2 years ago. Steel legion lux was such a huge oversight, and I cant believe it didnt occur to anyone at riot, "that oh wait lux already has 3 military skins(including her classic) and 2 magic skins, maybe we should do something different but also relates to lux"??
I remember that when it hit the PBE everyone was so mad, and a lot of players felt we wouldnt get another skin for a long time, even though morello said it would come out sooner than most other skins, which is total bullshit. Even newly released champions have gotten another skin.
Thinking about that whole situation just makes me sick to my stomach and very upset. Its gonna take a lot from riot to change my feelings about them.

It actually has more to do with the fact that she is Garen's sister.
Riot has made this huge mistake of not actually focusing on Lux. Every Lux skin release has been to pair up with Garen's skins releases. She's the baby doll that Riot plays dress up with to match Garen's skins. Basically, whenever Garen got a skin, they made an exact copy for Lux so that they could be cute "matching" siblings.
The image of Lux has suffered because of this.
