Rework of Warwick is still continue? I wonder when that is finished. and tell me when warwick's splash art is changed and etc...

As far as I can say his rework was put on hold indefinitely. In contrast to that I've heard (rumors) he's up after Taric and Yorick, so maybe 2017 at the earliest, but I hope he's coming up soon.
