champion idea, shaman of the alter

the principle is an ap juggernaut who works well with ap tank items along with wits end. his starting stats and scaling's are HP:700 plus 70 per lv MP: 220 plus 50 per lv health regen per 5sec 8.32 plus 0.79 per lv mana regen per 5sec 7.7 plus 0.4 per lv attack range 175 attack speed 0.625 plus 3% per lv attack damage 30, no scaling magic resist 30 plus 2 per lv armor 32 plus 3 per lv

his attack scaling may seam strange but it makes more since once you see his passive, now onto his abillities.

P: obsidian blade, the shamans basic attacks deal a bonus 30 ap damage plus 50% of his ap

Q: pacts boon, mana cost, 40/45/50/55/60 cooldown 11/10/9/8/7 seconds in a small cone infront of the shaman energy lashes out dealing 100/120/140/160/180 magic damage that scales with 60% f his ap and slows for 30% for 2.5 seconds

W: raise alter, mana cost 100 all lvs cooldown 20 seconds all levels the shaman call upon his alter summoning it from the ground blocking movement through it, if the enemy is hit by the raising alter they are knocked towards the shaman but are still within the aura of the alter, if and enemy champion is damaged by the shaman while the enemy is in the range of the alter the shaman will heal for 10/15/20/25/30% of the damage dealt. if an enemy dies in the alters aura the shaman is healed for 50% of his hp, or if they are marked by his ult 100% of his hp.

E: sacred rush: mana cost 50/55/60/65/70 cooldown 18/16/14/12/10 seconds the shaman dashes forward moving though all units but not walls, all units he passes through are slowed for 25% for 1.5 seconds. his next basic attack slows its target for 50% for 2 seconds. he does not pass through a champion marked with his ult.

R: sacrificial mark, mana cost 100 at all levels cooldown 40/35/30 seconds Passive: on basic attack the shaman builds stacks of sacrificial blow up to 4, for each stack when you hit an enemy champion who is soft cced (such as being slowed, silenced, blinded, disarmed or grounded) the ap on his basic attacks will hit for 10% more per stack up to 40%, if the enemy is hard cced( such as rooted, stunned, charmed, taunted or suppressed) this affect is doubled making it so at 4 stacks hed hit for 80% increased damage. this makes team build an important aspect when choosing him. Active: mark an enemy champion for 8/9/10 seconds, sacrificial blow now deals double damage to the marked target, so soft cc can cause an 80% damage increase on the target and hard cc can cause 160% damage increase on the target.

So what are peoples thoughts on the concept, i tried to balance him off the fact that there are a fair portion of ap items that give tank stats and ap but not all of them give to heavy of stat increases exept the very expensive ones, so his stats should make the early game tough but not impossible while his late game damage potential is increasingly dangerous if he is left to just get gold. hes also a champ who actually makes use of wits end that isnt kayle of kog'maw.
