Can the tool tips on electrocute and phase rush be changed to be more clear?

i have just come out of a rather sour game as cassiopea, i read phase rush and assumed the three spell hits could be the same spell, but aperently they must be unique like electrocute can the tool tips be changed to say that the spells are required to unique, i personally don't have an issue with this any more but with how angry it made me at the time i would hate to have people taking these runes only to find them pointless on the character they are using. it would just help for the sake of clarity on how those two runes work.
