Make a Blood Moon Teemo with a similar mask to the Blood Moon icon. Something that gives you the chills when you play against him, make something creative in relation to the blood moon skins that makes Teemo's shrooms look awesome. In my opinion, it should be the Blood Moon mask on top of the shroom and when it goes boom!! it could have an animation that releases red gass from a hole that the Blood Moon mask in his shroom has, a hole in the open mouth of the mask may be??
