IG name issue for new Accounts

Hi Riot, sorry to bother. I have a good question i been searching for an answer but can't find. Why is it that when you start a new Account and give it a name you are a 100% sure it is available, it does not let you get that name? even when it is available. I have logged in to other accounts i have just to make sure it is available, then i go make an account and try to give it that name, but it just wont let me, so i would have to spend lots of time into the game to just change to the name i really want, witch is available. All that time i can spend it on champions or runes i need witch are already time consuming enough to make anyone go crazy. Please if this is not supposed to happen, please fix it, or change it to not be like that, cause i honestly don't see the point on wasting anyone's time just for an Account name that does not even have Riot in it or goes against any rules. Anyways, i'm sure you will just come out with some excuses and stack them over all your past excuses for this sort of problems, but just consider it please. It is a minor problem, but it is r%%%%%ed.
