Win streak Bonus IP, Please Read.

Hi, i have been wondering for a long time of how awesome it would be if you can get a 5/3 win streak bonus IP. Buying champions, Rune pages and Runes are really expensive and time consuming, sometimes too much. Many players struggle in ranked games because they lack Rune pages or runes, sometimes they don't have the champions they need and feel obligated to play normals for lets say 5 months to just get all they need to be able to Rank up effectively. I say these because not all of us can sit and play for the whole day just to get enough IP to buy what we need. In my opinion a 5/3 win streak bonus IP in normals or a 3 win bonus IP in Ranked would be a really nice step to take in league of legends for players to have a better chance of climbing to the top.

NOTE: I know the IP system was made for player to feel like they are accomplishing or leveling up their accounts after level 30. Else what would the point be in playing so many normals if every Rune, Champion or Rune Page is unlocked. But I think that these 5/3 win streak IP would just make the game more fun and give you a bigger sense of accomplishment by giving you a bigger desire to win games and not giving up at minute 20.

NOTE: These might even prevent IP bot boosting, you never know :D. Please take these under consideration, your humble league community.
