@riot - something you COULD do for solo que'ers that would really help (maybe)

Rito look. I'm a solo q'ing supp main. You need me and i need you. I dont like dq for alot of reasons, one of which is that it makes my rank feel meaningless.

BUT, plz consider this. What if:

"Our players who choose to brave the ranked storm alone are to be commended for their special efforts. Therefore we have implemented the Solo Badge. Players who queue solo in at least 90% of their games will be recognized with a Solo Badge (even just a little cirlce with an "s" in it) on their rank border."

Something like this would work to get me playing ranked again I think, maybe others too.

Thoughts?

Normally I either play with one person in ranked, or have a full team. I hate doing a team of 3-4 and leaving that last person out. I think this is an amazing idea.

Sounds like a good idea.

Or they could do what Dota 2 did and have solos play with premades but make so that there are separate ladders for people who queue solo and for people who queue as a group.

This is a fantastic idea!! That being said, it is exactly why Riot won't do it. Because it promotes solo play, and Riot is taking a twice baked shit all over solo play. I love the idea personally, but I don't see Riot backing this idea at all. Solo players are hardly being considered in their list of decision making.
