@riot -Banned til today, Never told why (no email), sent support ticket (no answer) - STILL BANNED ?

I got banned for 2 weeks, 2 weeks ago. Never even had a chat restriction before. My ban is supposed to be over today, but i'm still banned.

RIOT -

Please tell me why I was banned in the first place. I just want to know specifically so I can insure I fix the problem. I don't want to be a bother to anyone and I don't want to lose my account permanently. (i sent in a support ticket - no help)
Did you extend my ban?
Is this a practice you accept and encourage there (banning people, not telling them, lieing about the duration of the ban)? I'm not trying to be accusatory, just trying to get an honest answer.

I don't understand what is going on here. I'm really stupid maybe.

What time did it give you on your ban? Remember they are on West Coast (Pacific) time, so if you're ahead your time will be different when you're unbanned. It's best to wait at most 24 hours after the specific time stamp of your ban has passed.

They cannot extend the ban without notifying you (unless you did something worse like install illegal 3rd party software or other ban worthy actions. Though that results in permanent ban).

For why you were banned; unfortunately only Riot can notify you why you received a suspension on your account. I can try to decipher what might of happened, but unfortunately without the email you won't know exactly. Riot Support is the best way to get more information, just be sure you submitted it under the right tab/question.

I would recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder in your email to be sure it didn't get accidentally moved. Also be sure the account that was suspended is linked to your main email. If you use a different email then be sure to check that. Riot sends out emails to the address connected to your account.
