Literally what the title says. Riot you gotta make a Captain America Pantheon skin. He flies, he's got the shield and the helmet, you just gotta think of an application for his spear, maybe a spear with the American flag on it. Regardless of that though, it would be so cool. *Edit: "Twiggles" suggested Captain Targon Pantheon as the name. Great idea.

Ever heard of Copyright Infringement? Because that is a REALLY bad thing to do. And making such a skin your suggesting would break such a law.
