Azir is spammed in competitive and has proven to be of great strength thanks to his kit especially in teamfights & sieges. Master Yi... hasn't.

Literally no different than Katarina. She is godly in low elo, but once you get to like Gold. She is literally a lolpick since stop her ult and she is not really scary anymore.
