P: Crystalline Brilliance Passively, after using a basic ability, Skarner's next basic attack will deal 25 - 100 bonus physical damage, and stun the target unit for 0.5 - 1 seconds. The stun cannot be proc'd on the same unit again, for 9 - 4 seconds, but the bonus physical damage will still be applied, although at 50% effectiveness.

Q: Crystal Slash Cost: 10/11/12/13/14 CD: 3 Range: 350

Actively, Skarner deals 33/36/39/42/45% of his Total AD as physical damage to all enemies within 350 units. If this ability hits an enemy unit, the next cast becomes empowered, dealing 33/36/39/42/45% of his Total AD plus 30% of his AP, as bonus magic damage. Basic attacking non-structure units reduces the CD of this ability by 0.25 seconds, while basic attacks against Enemy Champions reduce the CD of this ability by 1 second.

W: Crystalline Exoskeleton Cost: 60 CD: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12

Actively, Skarner shields himself for 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% Max Health increased further by 40% of his AP. The shield lasts for _6_seconds. While shielded, Skarner gains 40/50/60/70/80 Bonus MS and 15/30/45/60/75% Bonus AS. Immobilizing an Enemy Champion refreshes the shield, and doubles the passive Bonus MS and Bonus AS.

E: Crystal Spire Cost: 120 CD: 80/70/60/50/40 Range: 575

Passively, killing large/epic monsters and champions grants Skarner charges of Crystal Spire. Skarner can store up to 4 charges, with each charge restoring 1% of his missing mana, per second, while he has the charge. Actively, Skarner can expend a charge, as well as 120 mana, to create a Crystal Spire on the map. Crystal Spires last for 150 seconds, but only one may exist at a time. Crystal Spires create a 1150 unit AOE, that reveals Enemy Champions inside the AOE, for 1.5 seconds. Ally Champions that enter the circle, or are in the circle when it is created, are shielded for 12/13/14/15/16% of Skarner's Max Health. While inside the circle, Skarner cannot die, and when reduced to 0 health, will bury himself in the ground at the center of the Crystal Spire. While there, he is untargetable and invulnerable. Skarner will stay like this until the Crystal Spire is destroyed, or he respawns naturally. Champions can channel for 2 seconds at the center of the Crystal Spire to either revive Skarner, at 40% Max HP and Max Mana, and refresh the shields on Allied Champions (Allied Champions), or destroy the Crystal Spire, and prevent Skarner from reviving (Enemy Champions).

R:Fracture/Impale Cost: 100 CD: 120/100/80 Range: 1000/400

Actively, Skarner fires a blast of energy in target direction. The blast deals 30/60/90 + (40% AP) + (30% Total AD) magic damage to all units it passes through, slowing them by 30/35/40%, and marks Enemy Champions with Crystal Venom for 5 seconds. While marked with Crystal Venom, Enemy Champions_ within 400 units can be targeted by Skarner. Targeting these champions Impales them, dealing 60% of Skarner's Total AD as physical damage and 70% of his AP as magic damage, and rooting them for 0.25 seconds. The targeted champion is then suppressed for 1.75 seconds. At the end of the suppression, the target champion is dealt Impale's damage again. For the duration of the suppression, Skarner can move and use abilities freely, but cannot basic attack.
