Willian, The Prodigy Puppeteer Mage/Support Location: Demacia

Willian is a mage support, and focuses heavily on singling out targets marked with his passive. His ultimate can be adapted for different situations, such a need for more damage, more tankiness, or attack speed.

Lore:

In a small home in Demacia, a child was born from two talented parents, a playwright and an avid sewer and songwriter. They named him Willian. As he grew up, he began to learn from his mother how to sow, and from his father how to write the most wondrous tales. He made puppets and put on shows for his whole town to see. Everyone loved him. Except one day, Willian was teased by three boys at his school. They were of noble stock, and were warriors in-training. They made fun of his art, and how he would never be useful in Demacia. They had offended his work, what he had embraced for so many years. He felt anger like he had never felt before, and his rage exploded. When he awoke. He saw the three boys, dead on the floor. He fled. He fled for his life, and of fear. His parents had perished of grief from the loss of their son. He wasn't seen for several years. There were tales of looming figures of rags stalking the forest, and that powerful magic was being cast deep within it's dark foliage.

Finally, one day, he returned to his village. He was older, and he had a large scar in his face, but he still had the carefree vibe. He calmly walked into the center of town, as cries of execution were thrown at him. He worked silently, slowly assembling a makeshift theater. People threw items at him and a trident nearly impaled him. He turned suddenly, the look of pure anger on his face. He pulled a puppet from his pocket and slammed it to the ground. as he did so, smoke filled the air. When it cleared, there was a huge puppet dressed in black robes and a shovel in his hand. Yorick. The puppet grabbed the offender and dragged him off, his cries piercing the air. People kept their distance after that. Then when everything was done, the show began.

It was pure sorrow. The script dripped with pain, regret, sadness, and left the audience numb and in tears. He moved the puppets, their actions so realistic and mortal. He apologized for the children, which he had killed. And then it was finished. Everyone applauded. It had moved them. And then, just like that, he packed up and left. Rumors are he now travels the land, fighting the forces of evil with his powerful magic, and his puppets.

Passive: Voodoo Doll

Willian marks an enemy champion as his voodoo doll, causing his abilities to have extra effects against that champion.

At the beginning of the game, a bar will appear above your items menu, displaying the five enemy champions. Choose one of them to make your voodoo doll. This can be changed every 5 minutes.

Use on enemy champion you are facing in lane for maximum effectiveness

Q: The Green Father

Range: 625 units (Initial skillshot) 300 units (Radius) Cost: 50/60/70/75/80 mana Cool down: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds

Willian's Ivern puppet sends forth a ball of green yarn in a target direction, snaring the first enemy champion hit for 2 seconds, dealing 20/60/90/120/140 + 100% AP as magic damage. If there are any enemy champions in a radius around the snared enemy, the yarn will bounce to that champion, snaring him/her for 1 second, dealing 10/20/40/60/90 + 100% AP as magic damage.

Always try to cast on champions marked with voodoo doll and is effective when paired with Willian's W

Voodoo Doll:

The stun duration of The Green Father lasts .5 seconds longer on champions that are marked with Voodoo Doll.

W: Shepherd of Souls

Range: 600 units Cost: 70 mana Cool down: 22/18/15/10/8 seconds

Willian's Yorick puppet creates a circular wall or rags around the target area. The wall is weaved with powerful magic, and cannot be damaged. The circular wall expires after 4.5 seconds. Enemy champions can escape the wall using Summoner Spells such as Flash, and abilities such as Ezreal's Arcane Shift. Allied champions are free to pass through the wall.

Stun with Q and then use W to maximize Voodoo Doll's magic damage

Voodoo Doll:

Champions marked with Voodoo Doll will take magic damage 5/10/20/25/40 + 25% AP as magic damage for every second they are within the circular wall.

E: The Dark Child

Range: 625 units Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana Cool down: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds

Willian's Annie puppet blasts a cone of fire in a target direction, dealing 50/60/75/90/110 + 100% AP as magic damage.

Use in large minion waves or in conjunction with Q and W

Voodoo Doll:

Champions marked with Voodoo Doll are given a burn effect which lasts 4 seconds, dealing 5/10/20/25/40 +25% AP as magic damage.

R: Puppet Show

Range: 600 Cost: 100 mana Cool down: 120/100/80 seconds

On first cast, the icon will begin to show all three puppets, rotating every second. On second cast, the ability activates, summoning the now massive puppet which you chose in the first cast rotation. Only one puppet can be summoned at a time. When the puppet dies, the ability is set on cool down. The puppet will fade if not in combat for 45 seconds. All puppets are controlled using Control type R or ALT + right click.

Can be adapted to certain situations such as heavy damage or a lack of tank in your team

Annie Puppet:

Health: 1200/2500/3100 Magic damage: 50/75/100 + 20% AP as Magic Damage Attack speed: 0.625 Range: 150 Armor: 30/50/70 Magic resistance: 30/50/70 Movement speed: 350

Annie Puppet has a 5% AP magic damage increase.

Yorick Puppet:

Health: 1500/2800/3500 Magic damage: 50/75/100 + 15% AP as Magic Damage Attack speed: 0.625 Range: 150 Armor: 30/50/80 Magic resistance: 30/50/80 Movement speed: 350

Yorick Puppet gains more health and more armor and magic resistance.

Ivern Puppet:

Health: 1200/2500/3100 Magic damage: 50/75/100 + 15% AP as Magic Damage Attack speed: 0.675 Range: 150 Armor: 30/50/70 Magic resistance: 30/50/70 Movement speed: 350

Ivern Puppet has significantly more attack speed.

Voodoo Doll:

After three consecutive attacks, champions marked with Voodoo Doll are stunned and knocked-up.
