Apparently, Soraka isn't getting the love and attention she desires. Her skin got held back when the Harrowing Relased.

Rito. I know Wukong and Le Blanc need some skin love.

But, Soraka with no Harrowing Skin released, when you say you're going to release it?

Rito. Not a lot of people go on the PBE.

The League community is going "BANANAS" with this.

I calmly hope you're going fix this problem soon enough.

And, yes, I do enjoy Underworld Wukong and Ravenborn Le Blanc.

I've seen some cool ideas for a Quinn harrowing skin....but she got a skin pretty recently so thats not going to happen

This only tells me that Reaper Soraka is officially not a Harrowing skin and will be available year round. So my desire to have a Dr. Frakenraka is still possible.

Reaper Soraka was NEVER part of the Harrowing. Why could people not see that? Only Wukong and LeBlanc were (as they've now been released). RS was never even completed, it's missing the splash and anything else they may want to touch up. Harrowing was patch 4.18, RS was clearly coming out in at least 4.19
