Hey, so I was inspired to try to make an update for one of my favorite champs throughout the years. I heard developers are trying to create abilities for him so I did some research. I learned that he recklessly loves being in the center of battle and tears up enemy lines causing chaos. When creating the rework with this in mind, I wanted to really focus in on the 4 big details of his appearance: His poisoned knife hand, his cannon hand (with 3 corrosive charges attached), his 4 mechanical legs, and the lightning coming out of the poles in his back, and his decrepit body.

Passive: Metal Heart: Urgot's bonus AD grants him bonus health and vice versa. (every 3 points in ad gives 1 bonus health and every 15 bonus health gives 1 bonus ad) He gains bonus health regen scaling on his ad only when in combat with an enemy champion (regenerating .5% of his health every second). Zaun touched poison: When enemies are near enough to Urgot, he will slash the unit with a melee slash from his knife hand, infecting them with a 25% reduced damage output debuff for 3 seconds.

Q: Cannon Barrage: Urgot shoots 3 aimable shots (like how his e works now (like a mini Xerath ult) in a window of .85 seconds and each hit takes away some of the unit's armor, which stacks. and deals damage over 5 seconds. (yes the shots lag a little before they hit the area designated) Damage per shot: 40/60/80/100/120 + (25% ad) Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 mana: 60/65/70/75/80 % armor reduction per shot: 5/6/7/8/9 area: 800

W: Terror Bound: Urgot leaps a small distance. When Urgot gets to the designated spot, nearby units are inflicted with fear. Damage: none Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 mana: 60/65/70/75/80 Fear Duration: .6/.75/.9/1.05/1.2 Area: 200/300/400 Area of effect: 200

E: Torturing Chain: Urgot fires out his knife hand (which is attached to a chain) and hits all units in a line giving initial damage. Any unit who moves is tortured by the chain, suffering damage. All units on the chain are slowed. After 1.5 seconds, Urgot yanks back the chain, dealing damage. If the champ moves off the chain during the duration, they suffer the final damage. Enemies hit by this ability suffer the reduced damage debuff. Urgot cannot use melee attacks during this time. If the skillshot doesn't hit, then after .8 seconds the knife will be reeled back to Urgot, not doing any damage. Initial and Final Damage: 15/50/85/120/155 (+85% ad) During damage: 17/20/23/26/29 + (20% ad) per .3 seconds cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 mana: 55 Slow: 40 Area: 900

R: Bolt of Life: Urgot charges up his terror capacitor, and after 1.1 seconds he releases energy which arcs around and zaps all enemies around him. Each zap slows units by 30%, dealing 50% damage to minions and monsters, and vamps 30% of the damage dealt. Depending on how many champions zapped, Urgot gains damage resistance (gains a bonus for up to 3 champs hit) Damage: 195/250/305 (+65% bonus health) Cooldown: 120/110/100 Mana: 100 Damage resistance: 25 35 45/37.5 47.5 57.5 /50 60 70 % (first number for 1 champ hit, second for 2, 3rd for 3) Area: 550/675/800

So the general play of how he works is r e w q, e depending on where other enemy champs are. This makes champs unable to escape their fight with Urgot until one of them dies. This champ concept helps envelop what I grasped from his lore: a battle loving champion that can shrug off wounds when in battle, though it takes a defining hit to defeat Urgot with his health regen. I tried keeping the general idea of what Urgot was but also creating some interesting choices for him as well. This keeps him as a poking juggernaut that has more use for his knife hand. I just wanted to capture Urgots love of battle and how he loves mutilating his opponents and making them fear him. I think he could be feared in lane with this set of abilities and really create some lane pressure. I found that I wanted Urgot to be more of a juggernaut fighter bruiser because of his love of combat back when he was a normal being and loved using his axe. After I made this kit I found that his R was much like Frankenstein, so I modeled the name after that

In a word, no. The chain idea is cool though, just not on him.
