Xerath Skin idea (Thank You for reading)

Hello, and thank You for reading. So i was just watching the rebuild of Evangelion, and i saw Ramiel looked so cool! So i was thinking....Why not make a Xerath skin that makes him to mutate, as he casts his abilities? To me it would be so cool....an example of this could be his Q windup (he changes his shapes as long as the windup goes). if this will ever go live, i'd expect it to be legendary tier (new moves, new Vo's maybe!, etc). Only big problem i see may be his hitbox: transformations shouldn't alter his hitbox (clarity). Sorry for my bad English, i'm looking forward to hear Your opinions. Thank You again for reading this!
