I mean February is still 2 months away so is it? I've been asking for this for about 3 seasons. And I know he's a rat but rats have feelings too! And Twitch deserves skin with all new effects! He would have: Heart arrows Passive: pink/red hearts. at max it starts to beat W: love potion
