Champion Concept: Arlo Haversham, the White Death
This concept was made by me on February 1st. Or maybe January 31st
Lore: Arlo Haversham is an Albino Sniper who travels with Raven in their dimension-hopping galactic tour. He took the demon-person under his wing many hundreds of years ago, and the two share a tight bond and are nearly inseparable when together, seeing each other as brothers. The Blue Oni to Raven's Red, Arlo is calm and collected, and picks off enemies from a distance, though he can fight up close if necessary. Ever since he and the rest of the group were split up both space-wise and time-wise on Runeterra, he has settled in Bandle City, living with Tristana and Rumble until he can figure out where Raven is.
Passive: deadshot. Every basic attack Arlo performs is a guaranteed crit. However, it deals 50% less damage than a normal crit, and attack speed does not increase by leveling up.
Q: Pinning shot (10/9/8 second cooldown). Arlo fires a skillshot, slowing the first enemy hit by 30/32/34/36/40% and dealing damage scaling with your ad.
W: I kinda forgot what it is so I just came up with a new one.
W: Move to vantage point (15/14/13/12/10 second cooldown). Gain a burst of movement speed that decays over 3 seconds. If you reach a bush in that time, your next basic attack deals 25% less damage as opposed to 50%
E: Varmint grenade (10 second cooldown at all ranks). This is based on an actual bullet called the Varmint Grenade. Fire a skillshot that deals AoE damage scaling with ad upon hitting an enemy.
Ultimate: Punt Rifle (100/90/80 second cooldown) Again, based on a real weapon. Arlo's sniper rifle grows to its full length, and he fires two shots from it. They explode on the first champion hit, dealing damage in a cone behind them. All damage scales with ad, and if the enemy has not been attacked in 10 seconds, it deals 20% more damage.
Arlo is very pale, with white hair and red sclera. He wears a white cloak with a red trim, and keeps his sniper rifle on his back.
