Thoughts for a possible new champion
Hello I was looking for inspiration when thinking for a potential new champion that could make it into league and try to be unique with old ideas while doing new things with said ideas so tell me your thoughts and criticisms and any changes I should make anyway lets get started.
So I thought of a champion while looking at
and
a champion that could utilize the sun and moon as well as inspiration from Maplestory for the moveset.
Passive: The champion would change stances whenever he uses an ability one for the sun and one for the moon basically revolving around a moveset that uses 2 different kits at the same time I will also state the next abilities as 1 for sun and 2 for moon. Example if you are in sun and you use any of your abilities your next ability after that would be a moon ability. Also using 1 puts 2 on cooldown as well.
Q1: A basic short range dash that deals damage to enemy's hit. Q2: A longer range dash similar to Q1 but does less damage also slows.
W1: An auto attack reset that if landed would stun the target. Single target . W2: A short range skillshot similar to a Yasuo Q1-2 that does decent damage and knocks up the targets but unlike w1 cant crit. Multi target.
Passive E: If this move connects on an enemy champion lower its cooldown by 50% for both versions. E1: Slices in a cone infront of the character dealing damage to enemies hit. E2: Slices around the character, (spin to win) dealing damage to enemies hit and lowers the enemy champions hit ad and ap by a minor amount for a few seconds. less range than E1 but hits around the character.
Passive R: Gains minor passive stats based on which form the champion is in Sun stance gives more offensive stats ad ap and pen while the Moon stance gives defensive stats armor magic resist and atk speed that scales based on the lv of the ability. R: The champion releases his potential allowing It to channel both forms at once for a few seconds. Whenever you hit your ultimate you can press r anytime after that to switch forms, (this does not have a cast time), and the cooldown rule listed above is negated so if you used Q1 you could Q2 right after by using Q1 R Q2. After the timer for this ability is up it goes on cooldown.
Tell me what you think of this if you want to add on to the kit as well as lore, name, etc it would be appreciated as for me I think the Q could use a bit of work since its to similar to its other variation and dashes can get annoying. As listed above I used Maplestory for inspiration since its fast paced and I tried to add mechanics already in league for a basis to try to create something new with said mechanics I wanted someone quick who could deal decent damage or cc the enemy or both while r is up.
