I was fighting a Leblanc who was a villain and I managed to kill her while she was invisible and it glitched the indicator so when she respawned and she was no longer the villain it still showed on her. Also when her clone was active the glitched indicator was only on the real one so it made it easy to tell who was real and who was the clone which makes it potentially gamebreaking.
LeBlanc is Noxian. She is always a villian.
Can confirm that Garen's passive is broken. I popped LB clone and suddenly Jarvan was the villain. He wasn't even in the game!

I can confirm this since I was in game with this Garen. I was dueling the Leblanc and I activated her passive while the glitched indicator was over her and made her passive useless since i could tell the real one from the mirror. I feel this is game breaking and should be addressed since it renders Leblanc's passive as useless.

That indicator thing is not only that of Garen's, many indicators only show up on the real one. I'm not sure if its a bug or not, but since many indicator's have it I'm pretty sure that it is not....
Garen, Wrath of Noxus when? I want that anti-paladin dialogue.
I wish they would just remove that crap, and then give him some buffs as compensation, this shit is so random it hurts, remember playing as him and against him were it change to a random guy, not the one that killed me, or when I killed him lucian got it bot who never got a kill, like wut.
There are other cases of this as well but I'm not going to tell them cause I like knowing which is the double in cases :)
There's other issues with the clone as well like if you ignite LB and it makes her go clone it won't clone ignite. Same with Kindreds mark it only appears above the real LB.
