Main reason im asking this is that bruisers do not have a good crit item that can provide tankyness so why not bring back atma's but rework it like make it more expensive and make it provide more stats than just armor crit and it's passive.

is basically the modernized Atmas. The crit chance was so out of place almost no one made use of it. Crit bruisers are extremely niche.

And that's why Riot nerfed, and then removed Atma, as well as made Tytanic Hydra give damage scaling with health instead of flat AD. By giving flat AD, Atma increased not only the damage of auto attacks, but also abilities that scaled of AD, so the more health somebody had, the more their abilities dealt damage. You heard of Atmog? Or Metagolems? That's basically what became of Atma and Riot decided that it can't exist in such form. And when they introduced Tytanic Hydra, which works similarly like Atma. they just didn't repeat the same mistake and made only Cleave and Crescent damage scale with total health of the user.

LongHair Fox1 votesBecause crit chance is not a stat that tanks or bruisers want. Sure it might be fun to see a giant crit but go play adc then. Baseline is that if the item is good, then it will most likely be good even without the crit, or it needs the crit to be good and then adc's build it instead.
