#Lore .

It was those so called “heroes” that burned his house down, “heroes” that killed his begging father and crying mother, “heroes” that casted him into the dark woods with nothing but his clothes. Wandering in the eternal dark, in the maddening silence only accompanied with the fading memories of his parents, Oracas sorrow started to turn into black burning rage. Days have passed when a Noxian scout spotted the young boy and recognized his uniform. A Noxian weapon smith and not just any smith, it belonged to the family that forged the weapons for the Noxian elites. He took care of him and brought him to the capital city. Luckily, he learned a lot before his parents passed away, so much that he earned the title “master smith” years after his arrival and with that, a respectable income.

But walking this aimless path wasn’t his destiny. The army was his desire….. and storming the gates of Demacia.

#Abilities

Following auto attacks, increase the stacks of Noxian Enemy up to 12 (2 stacks for melee auto attacks and 1 for ranged). At 12 stacks Oracas next auto attack will have it's range increased to 200, deal an additional 100/150/200 (+ 150% TAD) physical damage, heal Oracas for 30/40/50% of the damage dealt, slow the target by 30% for 2 seconds and apply a stack of Crippled Limbs. After applying the stack, Noxian Enemy resets to 0 stack.

Crippled Limbs Can stack up to 3 times and last until the target is either above 90% HP or goes into their fountain:

Stack 1/3 crippled legs: Apply a 10/20/30% slow Stack 2/3 crippled body: Reduce incoming healing by 50% and increase incoming damage by 10/15/20% Stack 3/3 crippled arms: Reduce all damage dealt by 10/20/30%

Every additional stack will deal 100/150/200% of Noxian enemy damage as a bleed over 3 seconds

Crushing Blows Oracas attack speed cannot exceed 1. Every additional attack speed will be converted into AD and HP. 1% attack speed = +1 AD and +0.1% MHP

Army Sold When near an ally, hitting enemy champions with spells or auto attacks grants Oracas +20 gold (2 seconds cooldown)

Oracas goes into an attacking position, charges forwards dealing 80/100/120/140/160 (+ 90/100/110/120/130% TAD) physical damage to the first enemy champion hit and stunning the enemy for 1 second. This ability applies 4 stacks of Noxian enemy if the enemy had any stacks on him prior.

Note: This ability goes through minions / monsters and damages them while doing so.

Passive: Hitting a certain HP threshold (75%/50%/25%) releases a puddle of blood around Oracas. Allies who walk into the puddle gain 10/15/20/25/30 bonus AD and 20% movement speed for 3 seconds (offensive effects halved for ranged).

Active: Oracas sacrifices health to create a puddle of blood and deal 150/170/190/210/230 (+ 70/90/110/130/150% TAD) physical damage around him.

Cost: 20/25/30/35 mana and 4% MHP Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds Range: 800 Can store up to 2 stacks Animation time: 0.5 seconds to prepare the spear and 0.1 – 0.2 seconds for the spear to fly to the target Animation time shortened: 0.2 seconds to prepare the spear and 0.1 seconds for the spear to fly to the target

Oracas marks a spear with his blood and throws it to a location dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+ 90/100/110/120/130% TAD) and slowing enemies hit for 40/45/50/55/60% for 1.75 seconds. Allied champions can pick up the spear to gain 20/25/30/35/40 bonus AD and 20% omni vamp for 5 seconds (offensive effects halved for ranged champions). A second cast during a 2 second time frame after the first cast will shorten the animation and travel time

Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds Range shield gain: 600 (diameter) Range shield explosion: 450 (diameter)

First cast: A magical anvil drops from the sky followed by a heavy hit from Oracas smithing hammer. His blood turns to fluid Iron and with every heartbeat (Every 0.5 seconds up to 10 times) he gives allied champions near him a 25/50/75 (+ 1/1.5/2% MHP) (+ 5/7.5/10% TAD) physical shield that activates after the fourth beat. When a champion loses this shield via combat, he gains a 30% movement speed burst (doubled when facing enemy champions) decaying over 3 seconds.

Second cast After a short delay, all shields explode and deal 200/300/400 (+ 150% TAD) physical damage around the destroyed shields.

Note: The movement speed burst can only be gained by the first destruction of the shield After the second cast, Heart of War immediately stops it's remaining beats and goes on cooldown The shields explode whereever they are

#Why Oracas? . I tried to make a support that would enable a double fighter bot lane, seeing how Pyke basically blasted the boundries of the definition of a supporter. Oracas doesn't have good front loaded trading potential which makes him rather weak in the top lane. A passive playstyle is a must when picking him top. He is though, VERY good at enabling other champions with cc heavy kits. Not only that but he also gets enabled if your ally has a lot of cc. You are together, enabling yourselfes in that sense. A potential problem might be that his items will be rather expensive and that his passive Army Sold won't do the cut (He is a bruiser and has to get some bruiser items). Mage supporter will be the primary counter against an Oracas and he excels at fighting against enchanter / tank supports.

  • Reduced base damages of abilities and increased scalings to make it so he doesn't go full-tank.

A common trend I see with champion concepts is the love of passives and stacking designs. I'd urge you to stray away from too many of those, it makes the concept far too confusing for both the player, allies, and enemies.

His normal passive alone totals of 4, many of them doing multiple things (stacking of course)

All of his abilities have a plethora of extra effects that, together, are overloaded and unnecessary. Ex: He should not be receiving extra gold. He should not put a debuff on a champ until they are above 95%, that goes against Riot's philosophy design. It's completely unfun to play against. His spears are powerful already, why give them 2 charges?

I applaud you for your ingenuity though, you've obviously put a lot of thought and effort into it. Trim the fat a bit, I really like the idea of debuffing an enemy through continual attacks (honestly what Pyke should have been IMO)

this is really great! it kind of fits my own characters lore

"After several years the man had become successful in Noxus and returned home to his family in Demacia the soldiers recognized him and threw him in a cell deep within the earth. after 7 days the weak man was dragged to a podium where his parents were held. A cruel man stood at the front of the podium holding a sword. with a wicked grin he launched into a speech that fully opened the mans eyes to the cruelty of the nation of Demacia. As the speech ended the man hefted his sword and severed his parents heads from their bodies. The man's rage unlocked something deep within the broken recesses of his mind. Ancient Ionian shadow techniques flooded his mind and ancient voices tried to consume him. but the pure rage that had consumed the man crushed the spirits. the man tore off his chains and smashed a executioners head and relived him of his ceremonial shield before turning his rage on the rest of the city that had done nothing while one of its citizen's had been wrongly executed. the mans rage was endless and he barely listened to the pleas for mercy from his former neighbors. he eventually stormed the castle that overlooked the city and demanded that the lord of the land tell him why they slaughtered his parents. the lord stammered about how they were nothing but filthy Ionians and the city was glad to be rid of magic users like them. as his rage peaked the man removed the lords head with a single blow from his stolen shield and turned his rage and the ruins of the once great city. when the dust settled the entire city had been destroyed. forging a cloak out of shadows the man vowed to not use his own name until the day that Demacia burned to the ground. he swore to destroy a country whose power was at its peak, and so to create his own Zenith the man sought to crush an empire"

Hey there @nelogis! I really like the concept! Although I think it's just too much, too much stacking 'n all. I think he'd do pretty fine if he'd have slightly simpler abilities.
