I dont know how you would do this, but I really want a way to play in old patches... Like a gamemode or something were you can play with removed items, or old versions of reworked champions. It would be sooooooo fun in my opinion. (I miss Galio ;-;) Unless theres something I'm missing and you can, PLZ DO IT!!!! Also what do you guys think would be fun on this idea for a gamemode?
I don't think Riot would ever do this for the simple reason that it's much to much dev effort to do this. You would basically have to keep a copy of every version on League to pick that patch numbers. Not only that, the large number of people would only play the patches in which they're main is broken.
Outside of that, it would break a lot of effort that people spent making the changes in the first place. Old items, possibly. Old champs, never.
Also bugs.
Actually RIOT has already explained that they wont do this. It was a question in "ask RIOT". im sure if you google it you will find their response.
