I feel like in every game, somebody has to throw a fit about afkers. Yes I know every second is crucial to the team, but i see people saying, "Report (blank) AFK" in all chat if someone leaves for 30 seconds even after saying brb in chat or something. I'm just sayidown on the reports , the person will most likely come back!
Tbh reports for AFK are for tracking regular intentional AFK's; the Leaver Buster system punishes for AFK's with low priority queues (and match loss) automatically whether they are reported or not. Calling to report it might be annoying, but try to ignore those and just report how best you see fit; it's better to report them anyway so that if they do this frequently (which is very troublesome to the team) Riot will be able to see and do something about it.
If you start losing because of an afk, they deserve a report
Those reports don't do anything anyway. AFKing is handled by the Leaverbuster, which is completely automated regardless of whether its reported or not.
Don't leave for 30 seconds constantly! One report does nothing!

Eh. Depends. If they're gone for a bit then no issue. But if their laner gets super fed because of the afk then it's an issue. But I tend to report only if they leave and don't come back.
i wanna say.....if someone goes afk and leaves or something and says brb. or just randomly leaves you have no idea whats going on. tbh you should react more.....reasonably yes..it can be frustrating......but..there net could have cutout. power. there kids coulda needed them. there mother..you LITERALLY have no idea what happend. like me im going on 30. i stay at home and take care of my mom who cannot walk. she has MS. i get called away alot. i dont play ranked because its not fun and i know i get called away alot..you saying i should stop playing league in general because of it? doesnt work like that...you dont know what happened but yell report
The issue isnt with actual afkers, the issue is that if were losing by 30 kills and the enemy is in our base with 3 inhibs down and we have no nexus towers sitting in base while theye nd the game isnt afking.
