Sorta like Tenten, but with an elemental attribute. Ult is sorta like Katarina's ult, Tenten's Rising Twin Dragons, and Talon's ult. This ninja throws tons of weapons in a cone range in front, then pulls all of them back. Also adding a bleed effect. Something like that, Idk.

you know a champ who has big sleeves and stores tons of stuff in them that she throws at the enemy.

Dunno if she'd need to be a ninja though,we have already quite many ninjas.
