Weird Champ Idea Time

Champ that revolves around gravity. Could be a support. Possible Abilities. Makes an AoE area where gravity is increased, slows champs in that area and lowers all damage in it by a small amount. Makes an AoE area where gravity is lessened, Knock-Ups in that area last longer (for both teams), all allied champs move faster in it. Makes a black hole that sucks everyone into the center, but only if you're close enough to it. idk something like these -shrug shrug-
