Some other players in my games noted that they had this issue as well. It makes me unable to ping sometimes (I have odd controls) and it ignores my clicks and I'll end up going in 1v5 and such. (I play tanky supports, so this actually made us win team fights, but still)
Question: did you have a Sion with or against you? I had this happen in an ARAM, and it happened consistently whenever Sion died (and came back)
this happens to me as well... I play game with my roomie (in the same room, using same internet) and he is not experiencing this.. I did not have this issue till last path
This is a known issue with this current patch. There are numerous threads about it, and Riot has finally acknowledged that they are investigating it. It's not an issue with people's network connections. If it were merely packetloss or latency issues, units would be standing still, speeding up, and/or warping around the screen.

Me too I just finished a game and had the same issue :S my click wouldn't respond and it was annoying....
