i know there doing like poppy and urgot i thought they were saying something about shen and yorick anyone else

On PBE, they are currently finishing up Ashe for next cycle. Some people think that Gangplank is next because of all the red posts about his kit and potential changes. But Poppy is up there too. I think they put Yorick aside for now.

Some of Gangplank's changes have been verified. Specifically, they stated that his E is going away completely in exchange for a new skill. They've also verified that his Q will not be changing.

"At a general level we believe cast times that stop a champion’s movement are important because they give other players a chance to react to your actions. Removing them usually feels great for the player of a champion, but it does result in some cost to the game as a whole. Skills that give movement speed boosts as the core of their power however can be good candidates for being instant cast, given that’s an over time effect that therefore does leave opportunities for other players to engage.

In Gangplank’s case we’ll be replacing his E entirely with a spell that’s got more choices for the GP player. If we were keeping it though I’d imagine we’d take the cast time off. The W by contrast is a spell we feel should have a cast time, given it’s both a solid heal and a CC cleanse, so assuming it stays on the kit (which looks likely) it’ll continue to have a 0.25s cast time."

I saw a list on NewsofLegends a while back, but I can't find it again. I remember Shaco being a low priority on the list, and Warwick being tabled completely. They also reported that they have 6 new champions in the making, ranging from almost done to just started. They stated that they were planning on a new champion that has two passive skills (like Master Yi).

There's tons of info in that post. They specifically state that Yorick is a complete Sion-level rework, and that the Warwick rework is on hold at least until ZenonTheStoic completes the new champion he's working on. They also talk about the size and scope of Shen's rework.

Poppy is getting a rework into a tank, it's been confirmed It has been repeatedly stated that Yorick is getting a full Sion-level rework I think it was Phreak (correct me if I'm wrong) that has repeatedly hinted at an Evelynn rework Ashe (duh) Gangplank is a while off but he is getting reworked, I know that. Shen is getting an update soon
