Wont allow me to select Rocket Girl Tristana?

Just bought the above skin and was going to play tristana in a game, went to skins and the option for Rocket Girl Tristana was not there, any ideas on what is going on? Thanks for your input!

They're probably redoing it to go along with her upcoming visual update.
