Firewall blocking league

Whenever I try to enter a game of league, after champ select, I sometimes get a message that says firewall is blocking me and it will not allow me to enter the game. I do not know what is going on but I do know that I am getting leaver buster for something I do not have control over. I have gotten to the 20 minute que time wait and just recently tried entering a game that won't allow me to join, so I bet it will be even longer. Riot, please help resolve this issue because i am being punished for leaving even though i have absolutely no control over it! I am sure there are others like me and we want you to reach out to us and at least get rid of the leaver buster. I am losing ranked games because of this and it is making me experience very depressing. Thanks
