UNIQUE Passive- True Resolve: After taking true damage heal half of it over the next 3 seconds.
Add what ever bells and whistles to it to really make it a full item however these are the gist. I know true damage is supposed to be an end all be all vs defenses however its pretty dumb when somone plays a tank and tanks dmg like they should only for doing what they are supposed to do being a blatant mistkake just cause...

exist and these are just champions with a significant amount already built in.
50% is really high however ignite and grevious wounds are things that would cut 40% taking it down to 30% and then this is also a heal delayed over 3 seconds so a fast team all in would still mean somthing. Point being that if the enemy team proves to have an obscene amount of true damage and one is playing a tank you dont die fast through 200 resistances and have nothing good to do about it other then buying an extra second with

. It would just be a situational item for extreme cases where the healing could potentially amount to 500+ over the course of a tanks fights(as other wise it would be better to just get the fore mentioned high hp items).
