I saw this while scrolling through Deviantart and it really fits Leblanc perfectly!

She is a very regal and aristocratic Noxian of high social status who holds a surname/alias of french origin.

Almost all of Leblanc's skins, including the classic Leblanc skin holds some sort of Disney villain parallel: Wicked Leblanc = Cruella Ravenborn Leblanc = Maleficent / Yzma Original = Evil Queen (Snow White) Prestegious = Doctor Facilier

Can we have a skin that actually fits her name and social status that makes sense to her lore - not just more Disney parallels?

It has been almost 2 YEARS since the last Leblanc skin, and people are giving you ideas everywhere Riot (but you'd rather keep making Morgana, Caitlyn and Sona skins...)

They have a Kennen skin coming up who is one that hasn't had a skin in 5 years... so they are trying to get them where they can, it just takes time. 2 years is a very small time to wait between skins, there's plenty of other champs who do deseve it more.
