==BASE STATS=== HEALTH 465 - 2415 ATTACK DAMAGE 61 - 123 HEALTH REGEN. 8.7 - 23.1 ATTACK SPEED ?? MANA 279 - 925 (SHE USES MANA, BUT I NEVER GIVE A MANA COST) ARMOR 21 - 83.9 MANA REGEN. 6.0 - 19.6 MAGIC RES. 30.0 MELEE 125 MOV. SPEED 325
===MOVESET===
Passive: Ozera's Grip Ophelia's basic attacks and Abyssal grab each leave a Grip on her target for up to 3.5 seconds, stacking infinitely. Each stack slows the target for 2% of their movement speed. (max of 99% movement speed) Ophelia reduces the damage she takes and reflects 1% of incoming damage as magic damage for every 2 stacks on every Champion inflicted with 'Ozera's grip'. (lets say she is being dealt 100 damage, and has a target that has TWO stacks- she will take 99 and he will take 1 before magic resist. -or something in that regard)
Q: Abyssal Grab ACTIVE: COOLDOWN: 20 at all ranks (MAX CDR= 8 sec) Ophelia calls down a Hand of the Ozera to a target area which strikes after a 0.8-second delay, Garbing first unit hit(Champions over minions) dealing magic damage And drags the target, in the path towards Ophelia's location. knocking aside enemies hit, Ophelia CAN grab her allies. Passive: Ophelia is granted bonus damage, and for every stack Ophelia's deal's magic damage of target's missing health.
W: Ozera's praying Might COOLDOWN: 17 / 15.5 / 14 / 12.5 / 11 ACTIVE: Ophelia summons Ozera's in a cone in front of her, shoving all units to the center of the cone, and dealing magic damage. Any units inflicted with 'Ozera's Grip' are rooted for 0.2 seconds for every stack on them(Max 3 seconds). If a unit is successfully rooted for more than 1 second, all united that were damaged by 'Hand of Night' are afflicted with 2of 'Ozera's grip'. 2 stacks for every second that were rooted for) COOLDOWN: 18 / 16.5 / 15 / 13.5 / 12 MAGIC DAMAGE: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 40% AP)
E: Haten Brace COOLDOWN: 2.5 seconds ACTIVE: When Ophelia damages all nearby enemies afflicted by 'Ozera's Grip' dealing them Magic damage increased by each of their stacks. MAGIC DAMAGE: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 Passive: Killing a unit afflicted by 'Ozera's Grip' heals her 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5% of her maxHP for every stack the unit had. This effect is doubled if the unit is a Champion or a large Minion. (please understand this is meant to be hurting very little at first, but this is to help her for extended trades.)
R: Fear the wicked hands COOLDOWN: 80/60/40 Ozera around Ophelia go on a fury strike, striking all units near Ophelia dealing magic damage(minor) and effecting them with 'Ozera's Grip' per second, Her passive is doubled during the 12 seconds of the duration. When a unit reaches 5 stacks every unit around Ophelia are brought up to 5 stacks.

I'm a bit to lazy to write the whole thing.... since I can't write good B) Ophelia was born in poverty She was forced to steal to survive as a orphan being caught, they took her arms. thought it was unfair she seeks real justice She finds a beings named the Ozeras. Ozera from the Shadow isle. They offer the road to salvation.
