(Champion Idea) Neri, The Shocking Tide.

Lore: Nami gets a boyfriend!

Look: Anatomy can be similar to Nami, except it’s a guy. Also, he has a giant electric trident. Like a HUGE electric trident. And he is melee.

Concept: I want to make a legit, intended AP jungler.

Passive: Damp: 3 Auto attacks and some abilities apply damp to enemies and monsters. Neri deals 5% more damage to enemies and monsters that are damp (includes smite) and some of his abilities are modified on damp targets. Also, an enemy or monster is always considered to be damp when they are running through the river.

Q: Impale: Neri throws his giant electric trident at enemies in a line. If an enemy is damp, they are stunned and take extra dmg. Can pierce through enemies and hit multiple targets. 1000ish range? Whatever is normal for skillshot caster abilities.

W: Electric Splash: Neri whirls his trident around hitting all enemies near him while casting a water spell with it. This applies damage to all enemies or monsters near him and applies damp. He heals himself per target hit/damage delt.~ If the enemies are already damp, he heals for more. ~A shield or maybe extra armor can be substituted instead if people don't want more healing in the game. The point is he just needs to be able to jungle without dying.

E: Drench: Neri casts a giant area splash at enemies. Those hit by the initial projectile take damage and become damp. It also leaves an area on the ground where it hit that slows the enemies and causes grounded for 3 seconds. Other enemies walking through the puddle also get damp, slow, and grounded for 3 seconds, but they don't take any damage unless they were hit by the original projectile cast. 800ish range?

R: Thunderstorm: Neri casts a giant thunderstorm area on top of enemies lasting 3 seconds. Damp enemies are stunned immediately and take extra damage. Enemies that aren't damp become damp, and the thunderstorm will be able to stun them in 1.5 seconds if they are still standing in it at that time.

Also, all of Nami’s offensive abilities make enemies damp if Neri is in the game. :)
