RITO SHOULD LOOK AT US
So I was wondering for champions, if riot could put some sort of board like this one and they can put their best idea for a champ as the new one and the person should get a chance to work with riot.

Techinically everyone has a chance to work for Riot. Just post your best work here and you have shot. A few people have gotten to work for Riot from some impressive work they have done here or submitted to the Riot contests.
Also just because you can come up with a cool champion doesn't mean you should work for Riot or are a good worker.
