[GAMEPLAY] SOMEONE PLZ MAKE THIS POPULAR. IT NEEDS TO BE SOLVED

I'm sorry but my video just won't frikin post but plz look at this. I need help. So there's a bug where I'm just in-game having a good time when all of a sudden my cursor becomes red. By cursor I mean that green thing that comes up when right clicking. Anyway, when that occurs it's my indicator that the bug has occurred. When the bug is taking place all abilities become quickcasted and and left clicking of any kind is blocked. All keys except q,w,e,r are un usable and i can't left click anything. I can't even press esc. Also when attacking something, you can't stop attacking it until it is dead or you die. So it will follow that thing forever. I've had this happen may times during clearing minion waves when this happens and until the minion wave is complete it's like a bot takes over for me and won't let m do anything. I've tried waiting it out but to no avail. The only "cure" is dying or restarting the client. It has happened more than once in a game and is truly irritating. Also, the bug can occur while you're dead.
