Shun'Ra, The Desert Strider Affiliation: Vastaya, Possibly Shurima Range: Melee resources: Mana, Sand stacks Class: Bruiser/Off-tank/jungler appearance: Along the lines of other Vastayian champions, he would be akin to a bird, possibly a peacock? would be dressed in what you'd picture a wanderer to be wearing from the desert, Robes, Shades of brown and a hood for sun protection. His plumage would be very vibrant and colorful with a focus on green and blue, and would be poking out from holes or missing sections of his robe, 3 or 5 long feathers would trail behind, the only clue that hes a peacock. The colors of his plum would provide a startling contrast to his drab robe colors, allowing for the champion to be visually appealing

Passive: Dusty Feathers Shun'ra generates a stack of shifting sands every X seconds (max 5 stacks). When Shun'ra uses an ability the magic in his feathers becomes stronger, giving him an extra 1/2/3/4/5 armor and magic resist per stack of shifting sands he is missing. Shun'ras abilities spawn patches of sand (hat last from 5-10 seconds based on level). Shun'ra gains additional effects on his abilities if he uses them on sand, or hits an enemy with an ability while on sand.

Q: Drum the sands Shun'Ra Drums the sands, summoning a desert worm that travels from Shun'ra towards the cursor. The first enemy hit is slowed and takes physical damage (scales ap). Consecutive worms deal less damage and refresh the slow. Enemies moving on sand attract the worm towards them. If Shun'ra activates this ability on a patch of sand, the worm is summoned in half the time and Moves twice as fast.

W: Flash of Feathers (like Braums shield) Passive: If Shun'ras abilities hit an enemy on sand, he gains double the bonus from his passive. Active: Spend 2 stacks of shifting sands Shun'ra fans out his plumage, Dealing a small amount of magic damage and stopping enemy movement towards him when activated.
If Shun'ra is standing on sand when activated, he removes vision from his enemies in a cone behind him.

**E: Shifting on the wind **(like twisting advance, only cant target) Shun'ra turns into a cloud of sand and travels in a straight line, stopping on the first target hit, dealing magic damage and slowing them. If the target is on Sand when hit, they are rooted and lower Shun'ras cool downs

R: Call of the desert Shun'Ra summons a sand storm that follows him, consuming and increasing in size for each stack of shifting sands it moves over. While the storm is active Shifting on the wind has a lower cool down, and its range increases to the size of the storm. Enemies inside the storm cannot see out and have there team vision removed. Enemies outside the storm cannot see into it.

lore: In the deepest parts of the Shurima desert, there lies an oasis. It is well hidden by its guardians, the Strik'tar, A very territorial race of Vastaya. They have lived there since the rise of Shurima, acting as ambassadors between primitive Vastayians and Shurima. There territories the deepest part of the desert, The rise of Shurima has brought forth both good and bad for them. Many travelers are braving the desert to see the risen empire, and Shun'ra patrols there borders, ensuring none encroach on there lands.

Really cool concept. I've heard that in early stages of Azir development they were experimenting with similar mechanic to Shun'ra sand. Was that maybe an inspiration? ;p
