Allow Ornn to craft new items from Doran's

With the recent change to Ornn, people started to remember that he exists with mixed reactions. That also reminded me how limited his forge system is, and while I can't list a possible upgrade to every item in LoL (although it should be that way already), I can suggest that when the Forge God is present, the initial items turn into something else than garbage waiting to be sold.

These new items enjoy highly upgraded stats and also an active effect, turning them into a really attractive late game item, my stat distribution might be off, so don't hesitate to point it out if you feel that there is something too broken

Freljord's Regalia

The Regalia are 3 (4?) items imbued by the powers of the 3 (4?) demigods that inhabit Freljord

Doran's Ring > Feather of the Cryophoenix

+80 AP +400 health +50 mana/per 10 seconds 10% cooldown reduction

Active: Frostbite Upon activation, the ring starts to drain mana while also empowering the caster's ap damage by 20%

Doran's Sword > Claw of the Storm Bear

+60 AD +400 health 12% lifesteal 15% attack speed

Active: Thunderstruck Upon activation, the sword imbues the user with pure thunder, boosting movement speed and attack speed gradually from 0 to 15% in 4 seconds, upon reaching the top, it will remain an additional second at full and then the effect ends

Doran's Shield > Horn of the Hearth-smith

+600 health +60 armor +60 mr +10% health regen per 12 seconds

Active: Fiery Ram Upon activation, the shield imbues itself with energy from the vulcans of Freljord, during 0,60 seconds the user becomes invulnerable to all front sided damage and at the end of the effect, the shield blows with the violence of the earth itself, dealing the absorbed damage back to everything in front of it in the form of a short-ranged magma burst
