Nice technique, trash design.
They'd give her Program before ever deciding on Project. If you look at all the Project skins, no champion who has one is a mage/castor. Program however is starting to collect in them as sort. Its comprised up of damage based champions who have weapons that utilize Project Technology.

People talking how it is bad due to the fact that she has some "skin" showing. Well, I don't think its bad, yasuo for instance, isn't exactly a full on tech. He has his human flesh kept judging from the bare arm he has and the fact that he can take off his mask in his recall. Not all "Project" skins necessarily have to be full robots, techs, or the likes. I like it.
Half human, half robot. Always the best way to go with.
